The latest test fruit is pears for my dehydration (in the oven). I recently hooked up with someone on Craig's list and bought a dehydrator for $5 but it's in Adam's County with a friend. Hopefully it will work. :) These pears are delcious. Frank thinks they are better than the apples, and he's an apple man for sure. Next question from him "can you dehydrate bananas"? Answer: yes! And I plan to. This would have been great to have around for the bunnies, shucks! I can't wait to get the dehydrator and experiment with tomatoes and other things from my garden later this year! YUM!
