
Frank kept talking about me cooking a meal for us when we got home, even tho we stayed at an all inclusive beautiful place in Cancun. The food was delicious, but sometimes you had to search for the best items. I was touched by his talking about wanting a meal cooked by me when we were down there. So tonight I made his favorite lamb chops with creamed spinach and Rosemary Potato Fans (a new and delicious recipe - see above before being baked). Lia even helped in the preparation by seasoning the spinach!

Here's our finished meal. What a treat to be home and eat this delicious meal - and the lamb is local - from Gorman Heritage Farm - thank you lamb!!!
