I hadn't used my waffle maker in a while so I decided to get it out and make some Banana Nut Waffles.  They turned out fantastic!  :)

August Garden + Garden Food

Rocking out the pesto + buttercream the night before Lia's family bday dinner....late night!

Western & Southern Tennis!!!!

I am so grateful to have a generous customer who has given me tickets to the Western & Southern Tennis Tournament for the past 2 years.  This year I got to take Lia one day.  Before tennis we had some sushi + apples.  

 

Such a trouper in this heat we splurged for Graeter's Ice Cream!!!! 

Tuesday I took Merideth. 

Need I say more? 

Meredith got Lia her VERY OWN tennis towel for her birthday! 

Local Camping!

We went to Winton Woods for camping!  So close + convenient!  Plus they have a splash park so the girls (Lia's friend Sophia joined us).

But Frank and Nick stayed up late! 

Whole Trout en Papillote

Our neighbors, and friends, Jason + Anna gave us some trout that Jason caught.  This is my favorite way to make this lovely meal!
