Cinnamon Raisin Bread

This is the first time I've made this bread but was very excited about it. I changed the recipe b/c it called for 1 C of raisins for 3 loaves of bread - in my humble opinion, much too little. I doulbed the raisins and put the 2nd half on top of the cinnamon & sugar.
Here it is rolled out and stretched.
Loaves rising on my register, yep, enough for 3 loaves!
The finished bread! It is really good, and we love it toasted with butter! YUM!
