I found this recipe searching for sweet potatoes and salmon, both of which I had. It was actually a combination of sweet and Idaho with salmon and fresh dill from my garden. It may not be very pretty but it was DELICIOUS. A serious repeater. The recipe called to cut the potatoes very thin as if you were making pommes anna. I could not get enough of this delicious dish!!! :)
