While on our recent trip to Palm Coast visiting Connie, Chris and Nana Poppy - Connie and I went to Goodwill. I found an awesome Panini Press (Connie found a great tart pan in a size she wanted!). I have been waiting on books from the library for panini recipes but I decided to just go ahead and make my own this morning (something simple): English muffin, friend egg, bacon and cheddar. It was DELISH! I am excited about creating more deliciuosness with this!

Looks great!! I don't think I'll use my tart pan as much as you are going to use this panini press!
I for one want to eat something from YOUR find! ;) We LOVE this press (thanks for the word update) and have now made the roast beef, red onion, cheddar with horsey mayo and another one with turkey, baby swiss and my artichoke pesto! I love how easy it is to make a meal and how much Lia eats up these sandwiches! I need to try a turkey reuben with this! :)
