First harvest of carrots this year! I roasted them (we LOVE roasted carrots) and Lia's favorite were the white ones, which really look like little potatoes, but they are in fact carrots!
Lia took this photo, she insisted, and it really shows the size of the carrots.
We also cut some chard and made some swiss chard rolls. They were deliciuos! I've been growing chard for 15 years and don't think I've ever made rolls out of them. I will be making this again.
Here's Lia with some finished rolls. She helped me make them.

These carrots are HANDS down so much butter than any others....reminds me that I need to grow these and show Lia carrots every year! :)
